3 Best Yoga Studios NYC

We are guilty of trying most yoga studios south of Central Park. With almost all offering great new student special deals, it’s a great opportunity to check them out for yourself. [Nic & Shails]

Stanton Street Yoga

IMG_2555A beautiful, serene studio in the Lower East Side with a very warm and welcoming nature. Classes here are challenging without being intimidating and most importantly incorporate the multifaceted nature of yoga as a practice of mind, body and soul. Definitely worth the trip east of Clinton street! Classes are usually 60 minutes and not over crowded, although I would not be surprised they get busier once more people discover this gem.

Yogamaya

Our introduction to vinyasa yoga, the experience here definitely inspired us to pursue the practice. The teachers are moving and genuinely passionate about being there, creating a strong sense of community.  There are a variety of class length options depending on your preference. Oh, and the studio is absolutely beautiful too!

Yoga Vida

yogavidaThe class duration is perfect- 65 minutes- allowing for both a thorough and efficient mind and body workout. Between the two studios, it’s hard not to find a class time convenient for anyone’s schedule.  The prices are some of the most affordable of all the studios in the city without sacrificing on quality teachers- making it a great value too! Can’t make it to the studio? Yoga Vida offers On Demand videos that make it possible to enjoy classes anywhere.
